Meditative Videos

Many suggest you close your eyes -so you may as well "watch" without leaving my site!

The first group are all "chakra" meditations. if you listen to each of these you will go through each of the chakras - energy centers. The first are for basic bodily security and they work their way up through our sense of self, emotions, thinking, and spiritual life.

After that i've posted a few that i've found interesting. there are so many meditation and spiritual videos posted on YouTube i spent a whole after noon looking at them finding favorites. so this may seem like a big collection but it's really quite winnowed down!
